Throughout this website, the terms "Harbor Hat Works," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Harbor Hat Works. By accessing our website or purchasing one of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page.

Products

Every Harbor Hat Works hat is individually handcrafted using traditional hat-making techniques and premium materials.

Because each hat is made and finished by hand, slight variations in color, texture, shaping, stitching, ribbon placement, leather, and natural felt characteristics are expected. These differences are part of the handcrafted process and make every Harbor Hat Works hat unique. They are not considered defects.

We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or mobile device.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Harbor Hat Works reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product availability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Inaccurate customer information
Violation of these Terms of Service

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices, promotions, product availability, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Harbor Hat Works accepts payment methods offered through Shopify Payments.

Orders will not ship until payment has been successfully authorized.

Shipping

Estimated shipping times shown during checkout refer to carrier transit times and do not include order processing or production time.

Ready-to-ship items generally ship within our normal processing timeframe.

Custom commissioned hats require additional production time, which will be communicated before work begins.

Custom Orders

Custom commissioned hats are individually designed and handcrafted for each customer.

Because of their personalized nature, custom commissions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain a workmanship defect.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this website—including photographs, product names, logos, graphics, artwork, written descriptions, and branding—is the property of Harbor Hat Works.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for properly caring for their hats.

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, water exposure, excessive heat, or unauthorized modifications is not covered under our return policy.

Limitation of Liability

Harbor Hat Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
