Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Harbor Hat Works.

Every Harbor Hat Works hat is individually handcrafted and carefully prepared before shipment. We take pride in delivering your order safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Time

Most in-stock hats are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

Custom commissions and made-to-order hats require additional production time. Estimated completion times will be communicated before work begins.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States.

Available shipping options include:

Standard Shipping – 3–5 business days
Express Shipping – 1–2 business days

Shipping transit times begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Free Shipping

Harbor Hat Works offers free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $140 or more.

Orders below this amount will be charged the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Harbor Hat Works is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at harbormediahq@gmail.com, and we'll gladly assist you in working with the carrier.
